Kenyan gospel musician Ringtone is staring at a Sh200,000 bill after losing two wheels of his Ranger Rover when the high-maintenance car got stuck in the mud at the Masai Mara on Tuesday.
The flamboyant artist, who is known to flaunt his earthly possessions on social media, posted a video on Twitter saying he will have to replace the two wheels after the incident.
“Miguu mbili imeenda…..na mguu moja ni Sh100,000,” Ringtone tells a friend in the video who later slates him for taking a Ranger Rover to the Mara.
In a separate post on Instagram, Ringtone regretted how his Sh26m Range Rover had stuck in the mud.
The posts got KOT (Kenyans On Twitter) talking some admiring him, others bashing him while some felt sorry for themselves.
